# FAQ and Troubleshooting

## Data can't be fetched and the response is error 404 or error 405

One possible problem of an error 404 response is a wrong URL configuration. Please check that your URL is like described in [Get Data from Senseforce API](/manual/sf-platform/public-api/endpoints.md#get-data-from-sensforce-api)

## Data can't be fetched and the response is error 401

If you get error 401 as a response then you probably have an authentication issue. Please check if your used API access token is correct. How to get an API access token you can find [here](/manual/sf-platform/public-api/get-your-access-token.md#getting-your-access-token).

## Data can't be fetched and the response is error 500

There are two common cases that can cause an error 500 response:

1. You have two columns in your dataset with identical names
2. For at least one of the columns in the dataset "show data" is disabled

Both cases can't be handled, so you either have to remove or change these columns.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://manual.senseforce.io/manual/sf-platform/public-api/faq-and-troubleshooting.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
